Brian M. Smith, 70, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Deborah A. (Hastings) Smith. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Arthur E. and Mary E. (Brown) Smith. Brian served in the U.S. Navy honorably during the Vietnam War. He was the loving father of Derek W. Egan, Laura E. Anctil, and Lisa M. Smith; loving grandfather of Drew, Mia, and Lilly; caring brother of Brad Smith, Pamela Moorby, and Janice Smith.

His funeral and burial with military honors will be private at the convenience of the family.
